Coupled wells in STOMP-EOR are used to inject and produce fluids and associated heat between wells and the field domain (i.e., reservoir). Specification of coupled wells requires an indication of well type, well trajectory, and time schedules. For large domains with complex injection/production schedules the Coupled Well Card will become extensive. The use of the cyclic option in specifying schedules may reduce the length of the input. More than one well can traverse a grid cell, but the well trajectories can not coincide with a grid cell surface.
